Perseverance

Constancy, firmness, consistency, permanence ... all synonyms of willpower for an effort, work, or ideal.

Is perseverance fashionable? It might seem that flexibility, adaptability, ... are concepts more in line with our times of uncertainty that require changing, seeking new ways.

In my opinion, however, the two vectors of behavior are convenient, because without flexibility does not allow you to get right in your approach or decision, and without perseverance it will be difficult to actually achieve the goal.

Without flexibility we can fall into the trap of rigidity, but without the firmness of perseverance you can distract yourself and lose your vision and goal.

When I see great achievements, there is almost always tenacity, effort, perseverance.

By observing a leader, you always find consistency and consistency, the trust and commitment of the entire leader, the sigma leader.

When you see the attached image you see that despite the infinite movement of the environment, the firmness of the roots, and the perseverance in growing offer beauty and results.

Willpower and effort are keys to achievement. And the willpower is nourished by the sense, the mission, the value that we will contribute to the different stakeholders, not just us.
