The almost invincible strength of the unit.

We all know, if we are united, if we work together, if we all row together, we know that the forces add, add up and become powerful, perhaps invincible.

Then it would be desirable and logical to see how everyone works so that it occurs, and so it moves together, companies will work from the union, in society the unity of action and yet, ...

Of course, unity, rather than something imposed or a coherent whole, is a feeling, an emotion that moves synchrony. So, what we are talking about are emotions, feelings that predispose us.

Leading unity is not to create a discipline that nobody feels, understands or lives, but to develop emotions that allow us to dream together, to believe from the diversity of each one in the whole set.

Ahhh, ... if you lead a unit, you can lead the change and achieve the dream or vision that you propose.
